Kit Harington confirms the Jon Snow theory we’ve all feared
The actor who has played Snow since season one is gearing up for his role on Christopher Marlowe’s Doctor Faustus but sightings of him on set on Game of Thrones has us doubting him.

However, fans were hoping Harington was lying until he revealed he hasn’t done “Game of Thrones” in a while and had a lot of time off previous year. “It’s going to be an exciting season…so I’m led to believe”.
He said he could not wait to see the new season, which is due to start in the United Kingdom on Sky Atlantic at 2am on Monday April 24 when it is simulcast with HBO in the U.S. (9pm ET).
The actor addressed the fate of Snow during his interview and told Turnbull and Minchin that the character is “dead”. But in the final moments of the last season, Kit’s character met an unexpected end – or so we thought! In an Entertainment Weekly feature that went up immediately after the season 6 finale, he spoke at length about leaving the show for good, which we now know is not the case.
As well as playing Jon Snow in the hit HBO series, Harington’s theatre credits include War Horse at the National Theatre (original cast) and Posh at the Royal Court.
Harrington, 29, said Snow is very much dead and fans should accept the fact, reported Digital Spy. But yes, he’s returning to Season 6, and there’s plenty of evidence saying that he is. “Let’s just say that “Game of Thrones” will remain a part of my life for a while, I’ll probably be in my thirties when it’s over”.
“I think it was a really pleasant surprise for us all when it took off the way it did”.
Harington, still sporting the long, glossy hair that is Jon Snow’s signature look, added that he hasn’t “done “Game of Thrones” in a while”.

Harington told Digital Spy that he was actively avoiding the press for the past six months, because of the obvious reasons.
