Warriors swingman Klay Thompson injured his ankle in Golden State’s win over the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday, and his status for Friday night’s game in Boston is still up in the air.

Thompson also suffered an ankle sprain in the final minute of play against in, and while he was at practice on Thursday he’s listed as a game-time decision against the Celtics. Aside from Barnes and Thompson, another Warrior who is in danger of missing the game in Boston is veteran guard Leandro Barbosa, who is down with an illness.
Golden State will continue its chase for an NBA-best 34 consecutive wins against a Celtics team that’s won six of its last eight games and has two dynamic guards of their own in Isaiah Thomas and Avery Bradley. They played hard again yesterday and continued their success as they defeated the pacers easily. But the Warriors have remained focused, and are determined to go into the history books as a team not concerned with individual glory.
