Klitschko was unable to match Fury and failed to stage a comeback which led to his first loss since 2004, when Lamon Brewster defeated him via technical knockout (TKO).

“Failure is not an option”, said Klitschko, 39, on his prospects of winning back the titles. “My gut feeling tells me the fight will probably be in May or June”.
“David Haye will never get a fight against Tyson Fury after what he did to me”, Fury said in a report by BBC Sports. “I just could not find the right distance”, Klitschko said.

Klitschko has the option of a rematch but Joshua revealed he would be keen to take on Fury if the opportunity arose in 2016. He did enough to win the fight and it’s a huge step to make the first defence of your title.

But Fury’s promoter Mick Hennessy has said his charge will vacate the title before he faces the Ukrainian.
