Klopp Takes Blame For Liverpool’s Tense Finish Against Arsenal
Jurgen Klopp has been urged to dip back into the transfer market and find a replacement for Alberto Moreno, who was found wanting yet again as Liverpool won 4-3 against Arsenal on the opening weekend of the Premier League season.

He said: “Physically we are not ready”.
“As soon as the teams were named we feared for that Arsenal defence and punters were quick to anticipate goals”. It is an impossible situation to get players back from the Euros and prepare.
Arsenal face a trip against champions Leicester City next and Wenger has revealed he does not now know the extent of Ramsey’s injury and is equally unsure on whether Ozil, Giroud and Koscielny will play.
“We will try, but when they have not enough preparation they get injured”, he said of his rested players. “It was nice to hear the final whistle and get three points, and we can go home happy”.
“Can they recover for next week?” We all know the money is stupid but you have to pay.
“We’ve prepared well the players we have but as well you have to consider we have been a bit unlucky. You have to sometimes accept that you can not control absolutely everything, even if you try to be as intelligent as possible”.
Both players will undergo tests on Monday.
Walcott gave Arsenal the lead on 31 minutes, moments after his penalty had been saved, as he collected a pass from Alex Iwobi and fired low across goalkeeper Simon Mignolet.
Centre back pairing Per Mertesacker and Gabriel Paulista were also missing due to injuries picked up in pre-season, with the young duo of Calum Chambers and new signing Rob Holding forming the centre back partnership against Liverpool.
An irresistible display of high-intensity “heavy metal football” in the second half from Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool was instrumental in handing the Reds a stunning victory over the Gunners at the Emirates.

The former Sevilla defender came under criticism a year ago during Liverpool’s loss in the Europa League final against his former club, and has continued his poor form into the new season. But the Frenchman insists he was in a hard position with so many first-teamers unavailable. “If you celebrate too early, life always gives you a knock”.
