Klopp: We lost our mind at Watford
More calamitous defending, this time from Martin Skrtel, allowed Odion Ighalo to double Watford’s lead and the Nigeria forward completed Liverpool’s misery with his second late on.

Liverpool slumped to a 3-0 defeat at Watford in the Premier League on Sunday, while managerless Swansea drew 0-0 at home to West Ham at the Liberty Stadium.
Watford’s win has now pushed the newly-promoted club just one point away from a Champions League place on 28 points, while Liverpool are now dangling in mid-table at ninth with 24. We are completely happy with the performance.
Jürgen Klopp never wants his Liverpool team to play as badly again as they did in losing at Watford yesterday.
“We have to accept the result, we have to keep on working and play better football”.
“We are just thinking about growing Watford”.
“Of course it hit us and Watford managed to score another goal, which was another blow.
They’ve got some decent players and some that might get better but it’s going to be a long road for them”.
“I was fighting for the ball but I know he’s going to make a run”.
“They were too quick, strong and good for them on the day”.
“I think he’ll finish the season with Watford, after that anybody knows”.
The predictability of the move did not please Klopp, who criticised his team’s “bad reaction” to conceding twice in the opening quarter of an hour.
Juergen Klopp’s side had only themselves to blame for the chastening loss at Vicarage Road and Hungarian goalkeeper Bogdan was the chief culprit after dropping a routine corner that Nathan Ake converted for Watford’s early opener.
“We lost our minds after the first goal, we lost our compact formation”, Klopp said.
The goalkeeper later told Liverpoolfc.com: “It’s not easy to recover after a goal like that in the first couple of minutes”.
“That is not easy because there are unbelievable managers in the Premier League who plan things in another way”.
In 2006/07 they won only five games and finished bottom.
And had Flores’ side taken every chance that came their way it would’ve been embarrassing for the visitors.

“After the wins we have had, everybody thought, “wow”.
