Keller is described as a white female with long blonde hair and brown eyes.
Investigators believe Annalee may have been taken by Lauren Perotti-Montgomery, 30. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray, glittery shirt and black trousers.
Perotti-Montgomery is described as a white woman, about 5-foot-8 and 130 pounds.
Police say they want to find Annalee Keller. At the time, she was wearing a green shirt and brown capri trousers.
Police ask that anybody with information about what the alert calls an abduction to immediately call 911. Collins tried to pull over Perotti- Montgomery, they say she began to drive recklessly with the little girl in the truck.
