A knife fallen from a high-rise apartment’s floor and got stuck on the head of a man and surprisingly he didn’t even notice.

According the report, Xiao Yunzhi, 57, was on walk in his hometown of Guangyuan, Sichaun Province, when a five inch long kitchen knife fallen on his head.
And this was not all, he with knife on his head continued his walk until someone notified him about the knife and the bleeding.
However, after knowing all this, soon an ambulance was called on the scene and he was immediately taken to the hospital.
Doctors after a critical operation, somehow managed to take the knife out from the skull but they explained that he will remain in danger zone for few days.
After investigation, the knife reportedly belonged to a man named Mr. Wu, who said that he left his kitchen utensil on one of his balcony flowerpots, never imagining that it could have fallen off.
