Kobe Bryant misses 3rd straight game with sore shoulder
Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant will not play against the Warriors on Tuesday due to a sore right shoulder. Make sense? The Lakers had won just five times in their first 32 games prior to their current three-game streak. The five-time champion who won an MVP in 2008 and was MVP of the NBA Finals the next two years has had enough success during his time in the purple and gold to prompt the team to consider retiring both of the jersey numbers he has worn throughout his career.

Yesterday the Lakers picked up their eighth win of the season as they defeated the Suns 97-77, according to ABC News.
Now that the Warriors are nearly whole, they will try to get to back to playing the dominating basketball that defined them through the first six weeks of the season. However, the Lakers have been handling the ball better in their recent games. Los Angeles took a 25-10 lead after the first quarter and then a 43-22 lead into the half.
All I remember was Kobe telling me that I’ve been going to the hole like a light-skinned duded.
Kobe Bryant sat out his second straight game because of a sore right shoulder, the same one he had surgery on last January to fix a torn rotator cuff.
“Our guys have been playing well the last few games”, Scott said.
The league’s third all-time leading scorer, Bryant turned 37 in August and is averaging 17.2 points in 29 games.
Heading into the fourth quarter, the Lakers looked lackadaisical defensively, and a frustrated Julius Randle (two points, 12 rebounds, 16 minutes) was sent to the bench.

One LA Lakers fan left the Staples Center a very happy man over the weekend. Williams ended his 11-point second quarter with a buzzer-beating 3-pointer off an inbounds pass after the Lakers took a 20-second timeout with 1.1 seconds on the clock.
