Kobe Bryant Ready to Lead the Lakers?

Entering their second exhibition game against Utah on Tuesday at Stan Sheriff Center, the Lakers have had three two-a-day practice sessions in the past week.

They will meet on October 7, 2015 at 12:00 AM EDT.

With momentum now on their side, most of the Lakers starters checked in and continued to cut into the Jazz lead.

In response, Roy Hibbert, who generously shared his elbows with Jazz players all night, approached Booker. It is still unclear whether or not this is Kobe Bryant’s last season, but if so he can go out with a bang and lead these Lakers to a potential playoff berth. His lone shot was a three-pointer contested by Gordon Hayward.

After nine months of recovering due to a torn rotator cuff in his right shoulder, Kobe Bryant is now back for the National Basketball Association Preseason Game.

The score was ugly and almost irrelevant – 90-71, Utah – as the Lakers debuted their hodgepodge of players old and young at the University of Hawaii. World Peace has only appeared in 29 National Basketball Association games in the last two years, but was fairly productive in his last year with the Lakers in 2012-13, putting up 12.4 point and five rebounds per game in a starting role.

And, well, let’s face it: As intriguing as the futures of Julius Randle, Jordan Clarkson and 2015 first-round pick D’Angelo Russell might be, there’s one compelling reason to watch the Lakers this year, and he wears No. 24. All of these improvements in these areas sounds good, but until they get put to the test through an 82-game season, they remain problem areas. Running as a point forward, Randle also grabbed five rebounds and four assists.

The league and most especially his team expects much from Kobe as he would be leading a less experience and younger generation of LA Lakers.

After Kobe Bryant returned to the floor for 2013-14 after tearing his achilles, the hope was that “The Black Mamba” would return as an effective player that could keep things interesting. “Obviously we want him int he game and we’ve got to try to control our emotions, and Trevor’s an emotional guy”.

Los Angeles Lakers head coach Byron Scott holds a ball on the…

“I think he just needs to show us that he’s still Metta”. The point guard suffered a minor injury in the team’s preseason game, but it is not serious. “He probably will get an MRI exam and Connecticut scan after falling hard under the basket in the Lakers”™ 117-114 overtime loss Tuesday. The roster changes the team went through should help both of those on-court areas, while the team has made a very public stance that analytics are making their way into the franchise. Wesley Johnson’s recent comments on media day supported this notion, as he claimed that “nobody was playing together” during his Laker years.

“Out of those two guys, they were the best with the second unit we had”, Scott said. D’Angelo Russell, who played 21 minutes in game one and finished with 5 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1 steal, is probable, but has a bruised right foot.
