Sexual battery is a first-degree felony in SC, so the 19-year-old is going to be transported to Florence County for an arraignment hearing.

According to an email statement from Major Michael M. Nunn, a spokesman for the Florence County Sheriff’s Office, investigators there “have obtained an arrest warrant for Dieuson Octave, age 19”, of Pompano Beach. The “SKRT” rapper is accused of felony sexual battery allegedly committed in February at a hotel in SC. Kodak, real name Dieuson Octave, was already serving a sentence for a litany of charges including robbery, false imprisonment, fleeing a law enforcement officer, and possession of a firearm by a delinquent.

In a hearing on August 16 in a Fort Lauderdale courtroom, Judge Lisa Porter approved a plea deal in two previous cases and sentenced Octave to a year of house arrest and five years of probation.

Less than a day later, however, the warrants for his arrest were discovered.

Kodak was set to be released from jail last week on a plea deal, until officials noticed he still had two outstanding arrest warrants and was ordered to be held without bail. “He is now still in the custody of the Broward Sheriff’s Office”. Soon after Drake put the rapper on the map, Black was signed by mega-label Atlantic Records.
