Kompany ruled out for leaders City, Aguero set to return
Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has confirmed the availability of forward Sergio Aguero, while stating that Vincent Kompany is set to miss the game against West Ham with a calf problem.

“Vincent is not fit for the game”, manager Manuel Pellegrini told a news conference on Friday.
“We didn’t concede any goals in the first five games so it’s important to play with the same team as much as you can. We now have a player we didn’t have last season who gives another option to our squad”.
“Pablo needs at least one week more working with the physio because he can not kick the ball, but I hope by the end of the month he will be fit”, he said.
The task now for City is to pick up their domestic momentum again, by claiming a 12th successive Premier League victory.
Pellegrini opted for the duo of Wilfried Bony and Sergio Aguero in their last Premier League game at Selhurst Park but it was Nigerian teenage star Iheanacho that came off the substitute’s bench to score the victor in stopagge time.
Manchester City will play Juventus in a Group D Champions League soccer match on Tuesday.
Only a 3-0 win over Viktoria Plzen two seasons ago bucks the trend but Kompany was not downcast about his team’s efforts on Tuesday night.
At just over B#10million, the Frenchman looks to be one of the bargains of the summer already, but Bilic is not surprised how quickly the 28-year-old has settled.
“He was a key player there and to be fair, still he is not settled completely, but he is such a class player and a good man, good professional, it doesn’t surprise me”.
West Ham have enjoyed an interesting start to the season; sitting in fifth place, the Hammers have beaten Arsenal and Liverpool on the road already in the campaign, but have suffered defeats to Leicester and Bournemouth, both in front of their own fans.

City are four points clear at the top of the table, having won all their five games so far without conceding a goal.
