Romelu Lukaku is confident his season is now up and running after blasting his way back into goalscoring form with a match-winning hat-trick at Sunderland.

They were his first Premier League goals in 12 games and could hardly have come at a better time as Koeman’s men extended their unbeaten start.
Now the 23-year-old is hoping that impressive showing is just the start, telling Everton TV: “I am back in business now. I have to be more of a serial killer for the team to achieve their objective”.
“Whilst there is a long season ahead, the players have adapted very well under the leadership of our new manager Ronald Koeman and we look forward to maintaining our momentum and a successful season”. If we play like we did in the first half we will be 13th or 14th. We didn’t capitalise on possession, the last pass wasn’t there but the defence was brilliant, like they have been since the start of the season.
“The energy, how we pressed but also he kept the ball tonight”.
“From the first day that Gana is in he showed what we need on the midfield”.
Moyes said: “If there are things that we have done, it is we have worked on defending crosses and being in the right positions, but we certainly didn’t show it tonight”.
Lukaku headed his side in front from Idrissa Gueye’s cross on the hour and doubled his tally within eight minutes with Yannick Bolasie providing the ammunition.
