A source told the tabloid that Kardashian and Disick do not have a formal custody arrangement, and said it was unlikely that party-loving Disick will “challenge Kourtney” for custody.

The news comes on the heels of reports that suggest Chloe Bartoli, the woman who was photographed “getting cozy” with Disick while in the South of France earlier this month, never had an intimate relationship with Disick while they were on vacation.
Considering that Scott is reportedly off the wagon again and hasn’t seen his family in over a month, it seems that Kourtney is right in wanting to protect the children from Scott’s negative influence, at least until he gets help for his addictions.
“Kourtney wants to make this split as short and painless as possible and she hired Laura Wasser because she knows that Laura will make sure that she gets to keep what’s hers, leaving him with nothing”, says the source. “There’s no turning back now and she is going full steam ahead with figuring out an agreement”, a source dished out.
According to Celebuzz, Kourtney and Scott spent $8.5 million for their home in Calabasas, California, which was previously owned by Keyshawn Johnson.
An insider told a US magazine that Kourtney is attempting to “figure out an agreement” that best serves the interest of her children.
