So Pattinson supposedly skipped the film fest because he didn’t want stories to be about him and Stewart.
Even though Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are having a blast living their separate lives, their previous relationship seemed to have forever linked the exes together.
There was still speculation that Venice is a small place and there are only so many events and parties one could run into each other.
Pattinson is now in Ireland shooting the upcoming film “The Lost City of Z”, but a source claimed that it was just an excuse.
According to IB Times, Pattinson was scheduled to attend the 72 film festival in Venice for the screening of his film “The Childhood of a Leader” last weekend but did not show up citing busy work schedule. “They’ve chosen directors and movies based on the movie, not the size of the movie”.
He stated: “They’ve every been actually good about the way in which they’ve adopted up their Twilight careers in that they’ve not jumped into large studio fare basically”. Believe it or not, our favorite vamp, Edward Cullen, has spoken out and said that he would be totally into the idea of doing another Twilight movie!
The publication also touched on the subject of his Kristen romance, whom he met on the Twilight set, to which the 29-year-old replied: “I preferred not to broach the subject”.
