Officials are expected to reveal Sunday how many structures were damaged and destroyed in a wildfire in northwestern Arizona that led to the evacuation of 150 homes.

Mohave Valley is located just south of Bullhead City and across the river from Laughlin, NV.
The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office said the fire near Bullhead City had burned nearly three square miles by Saturday afternoon.
BLM spokeswoman Dolores Garcia says the federal Bureau of Land Management has been using aircraft to combat the fire. “We are working to determine the exact number and what type of structures”.
Those affected by the fire can call 1-800-842-7349 for help, the Red Cross said. “I lost everything. House, garage, motorcycles”.
The American Red Cross had set up a shelter for displaced residents.
Anyone coming to the shelter is asked to bring their medications and medical equipment (walkers, breathing machines, etc.), clothing for 3 days, and important papers such as insurance cards.

At least five crews with 20 engines and two helicopters were fighting the fire this morning, attempting to build some containment lines, Garcia said. Garcia said there were reports of lightning in the area Saturday afternoon when the fire was first reported.
