Kuchar leads Fiji worldwide after 3 rounds
Matt Kuchar secured a four-stroke victory at the Fiji global on Sunday, savoring a special moment with his father, who carried his bag throughout the tournament.

“Winning is a hard thing to do regardless of where you are, US PGA or Fiji, there are great players everywhere”, Kuchar said.
“Once you start to hit the ball the way you can and not worry about the wind too much you’re going to have results and I played pretty good too”.
Peter Kuchar often caddied for the world number 16 during his amateur days, providing fatherly advice at major golf tournaments including the Masters and U.S. Open.
Hometown hero Singh had a bogey free round shooting a course record of 7-under 65 that included seven birdies to finish 1-over the card.
New Zealand’s Ryan Fox finished in a three way tie for third with Vijay Singh and Nick Cullen. To finish on top has really made it an excellent week, one I’m sure I’ll never forget.
“I was able to play it two-over par for the first 36 and had a really steady, nice solid weekend”.
Meanwhile, neither of the remaining two Australians at the US PGA Tour’s season-opening Frys.com Open in California could make a third-round impression as American Brendan Steele retained his lead on Saturday.
Price was disappointed with his one-under-par final round.

On a day where conditions were the best of the week, Kuchar quickly consolidated his overnight two shot lead over Price with an outward nine of 33 and he had the luxury of an even par back nine to still win by four.
