Even more frustrating to those on a budget, the official Lip Kits are more than twice the price of Colourpop’s equivalent. While she was fairly impressed with the first formula of Candy K, she continues that aside from the same “butterscotch” smell, everything else about the new formulation is different. In fact, previous year after some on Reddit speculated that Kyle’s Lip Kits were just repackaged ColourPop, Jenner, herself posted a picture with ColourPop’s founders, noting that they “don’t have the same formula or exact colors”. Moreover, she admitted that she has been using the lipstick for the past few weeks now.

With her pink hair, exaggerated pout, and playful eye make-up, Nikita looks like a dead ringer for Kylie, and many fans commented that they can’t wait to try out her clever technique.
This isn’t the first time that the younger Jenner was accused of having the same ingredients as ColourPop’s formula. As the photo shows, both Kylie’s and ColourPop’s formulas are nearly identical.
Live Glam, a website that teaches professional makeup tips, shared the hypnotizing tutorial of Dragun using the lip kits in unexpected ways on Instagram.
Kylie’s Lip Kit sold out within minutes when it launched earlier this year, and has done twice since when the range was expanded.
Comparing Kylie’s ingredient list to that of ColourPop Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick, Stephanie reveals that the two lists are pretty much exactly the same. Because of this, the blogger has some choice words for the Kardashians, whom she says she adores and thinks are “gorgeous”, but she let’s them know that she’s not into the way they market themselves based in lying for profit.
