Kylie and Dannii Minogue served up an 80s throwback with a thoroughly modern performance during the finale of X-Factor Australia.
Kylie and Dannii, who is a judge on the TV talent series, wore coordinated disco dresses, with the Spinning Around star in pink and her sister in blue, to perform a song and dance routine, which began at the top of a tall staircase.
Following the performance, Kylie confessed: “I was a little nervous”. “The thing I love about Christmas is family and our mum and dad are in the audience tonight”. “Or outfits, or anything like that”.
And this being Kylie and Dannii, their “X Factor” performance was never going to be an understated affair.
Dannii also admitted to feeling the pressure.
Dannii revealed the pair have turned down numerous offers to appear together.

Inspired by the duet, a talented bunch of Sydney dance-mob videomakers are now keen to create a special clip for the track to celebrate Christmas next month. However, all her acts were eliminated before the grand final. Chris Isaak’s contestant Cyrus Villanueva was crowned the victor.
