Kim Kardashian has been showering North West with love since the day she was born and she wants to make sure everyone knows how precious the toddler is to her. The 35-year-old celebrity took to Instagram on Wednesday, November 18 to post a picture of her and her daughter.

While filming footage for her website, Kim Kardashian, 35, complained to her best friend Jonathan Cheban, 41, and sisterKourtney, 36, that her weight gain has traveled to her hands.
Luckily, as they prepare to welcome their second child, Kim Kardashian and her husband have been dealt with a number of baby name ideas from their 5-year-old nephew, Mason, and three-year-old niece, Penelope, two of Kourtney Kardashian’s three children (she’s also mommy to 11-month old Reign).
“Kim’s doctors want to get the baby out early because of her medical history”, a source tells the publication. “I don’t think we’ll go with another direction”.

Kim also confessed she is anxious that her predisposition for pregnancy complications means she may have to have a hysterectomy following her second child, who is due in December.
