Labour contender Owen Smith would not oppose second independence referendum
Corbyn is expected to say in a speech in east London on Tuesday morning that his efforts to see off Owen Smith, the leadership challenger, were “leading the way in harnessing the advances of new technology to organise political campaigning like we’ve never seen before”.

“And they are doing so in the most naked way”, she wrote.
The Opposition leader, who has remained defiant in the face of a coup from his parliamentary colleagues, has majority support among all three groups that are eligible to vote in the contest – full members, registered supporters and union affiliates.
The promise is part of a wider announcement of the Labour leader’s digital policies, including a commitment to universal high-speed broadband and mobile connectivity across the United Kingdom, and to new online learning resources.
He said: “No, I don’t think so, b ut the crucial issue we’ve got to remember is the reason we had a referendum on Scotland is the Tory party”.
Corbyn is fighting former BBC producer Owen Smith to retain his throne as the party leader.
Large numbers of Corbyn supporters are seemingly aware of his crucial shortcomings but are willing to vote for him anyway.
“We have people living the high life overseas and getting awards back here”.
When asked why there was no reference to online trolling in the digital agenda paper, Mr Corbyn insisted that Labour had strict anti-bullying rules.
The manifesto will include plans for a Universal Service Network created to bring high-speed broadband and mobile connectivity for everyone, including remote rural communities.
“This is about ensuring everyone has access to the equivalent levels of internet technology across the country through broadband”, he said.
The promises are part of his seven-point “digital democracy manifesto” created to extend and protect peoples’ internet rights.
The Labour leader will promise to set up online meetings where people can have their say on legislation.
He will also promise to foster more cooperative ownership of digital platforms by getting his proposed national investment bank to fund websites and apps created to slash the cost of connecting producers with consumers.

The government has been consulting on introducing a Universal Service Obligation for broadband connectivity, which would give everyone the legal right to request a connection at a minimum speed – proposed to be 10 Mbps – by 2020. “It’s for the Scottish people ultimately to determine what they want”.
