Lady Gaga has spoken out about her split from fiancé Taylor Kinney in a tender statement that lays bare her mixed emotions.

Gaga, 30, was photographed without her engagement ring on Friday, which was Kinney’s 35th birthday, prompting speculation the couple had broken up.
We mean, we really doubt this is the end for the NY native and her beau. “We’re just like everybody else and we really love each other”, she wrote, alongside a black-and-white photo of the two with their arms around each other. They both love each other very much and they want it to work.
However, she says their ambition, long distance and complicated schedules have put a strain on their relationship.
The former couple started sating in 2011 after meeting each other at Gaga’s “You and I” music video set.
Taylor Kinney and Lady Gaga had not been pictured together in public for four months before their split was announced.
“Isn’t that special? I just found that out”, Gaga told reporters on the night.
Things seemed to be going fine earlier this year, when Kinney told talk show hosts Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan that both of them were busy and hadn’t finalized their wedding plans but would “figure it out”.
On Tuesday, Gaga was seen in Malibu, California, without the ring on her finger. We are definitely rooting for them to get back to that happy time in their lives!

But more so, we commend the hell out of the couple for being fearless enough to truly attempt to take a stab at the whole “if it comes back then that’s how you know” theory and allow one another to find growth in themselves, as well as their careers. This leads us to believe the split may not be forever. I have that feeling. “He knows me as the Italian-American girl my mother and father gave birth to”.
