Lady Gaga Gets Emotional on Winning First Golden Globe Award
Golden Globe victor Leonardo DiCaprio has been forced to explain an awkward moment at the award ceremony when he was caught on camera seemingly grimacing as Lady Gaga squeezed past him. He was the talk of the night – and it wasn’t because he took home an award for best actor.

Lady Gaga offered up a lengthy acceptance speech at Monday’s Golden Globe Awards, where she walked away a victor for her role in American Horror Story: Hotel. “I can’t do things alone”, she said.
Gaga’s fiance, Taylor Kinney, also shared his joy over the actress’s win.
DiCaprio also paid tribute to his co-star Tom Hardy, saying: “He’s a beast and an unbelievable talent who was there every single day and who I know in real life would never bury me alive and leave me out there in the cold to die like that”. “Because of you, I was able to shine, I guess”. “Thank you Taylor for being right there for me the whole way through”, she said. To have her up there and just sing praises was great.
While she was on the stage, the New York-native gave a shout out to “AHS” creator Ryan Murphy and the cast: “You’re my family forever….”
