Lady Gaga Walks the Runway in Marc Jacobs New York Fashion Week
Lady Gaga walks down the runway while appearing in Marc Jacobs’ fashion show during New York Fashion Week on Thursday afternoon (February 18) at the Park Avenue Armory in New York City. The pop star walked the runway for the designer’s autumn/winter 2016 collection, wearing an over-sized grey coat with fur sleeves and giant platform heels.

Marc Jacobs also dressed Gaga at this week’s Grammy Awards in an ornate blue gown she wore on the red carpet and a sequined white suit during her David Bowie tribute performance. Her newly-dyed platinum blonde hair, meanwhile, was set in 1920s style waves.
Lauren made extensive use of plaid and checks with signature suiting that included loose-cut trousers, blazers and trench coats finished off with men’s ties at the throat – a meditation in taupe, truffle and mocha. It was Lauren’s first collection since stepping down last November as chief executive of his global empire, although he remains chief creative officer.
Leave it to Jacobs to end New York Fashion Week with a bang.
“Black is the new black”, he said in an interview with PEOPLE. The models wore sensible loafer shoes.

There was also an enormous tinge of Gothic Lolita, the ongoing Harajuku style that is exactly that, in a spider-webbed lace dress with petticoats and an oversized poet shirt paired with a baby pink pair of boots.
