Lady who killed a teenage boy, now sued the boy’s family for “emotional trauma”

A lady who had killed a 17 year old boy around 2 years ago in an accident, now sued the boy’s family accusing them for ‘emotional trauma’.

According to the report, the lady, Sharlene Simon, smashed the boy, Brandon Majewski, from Canada, in October 2012 with her car and now she filed a case against the boy’s family for ‘emotional trauma’.

As the report says, she is claiming $1.35 million in damages because of her psychological suffering, including depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress.

In a reply, victim’s mother said “She killed my child and now she wants to profit from it? She says she’s in pain? Tell her to look inside my head and she will see pain, she will see panic, she will see nightmares”.
