Khloe Kardashian’s whole world was turned upside down a few weeks ago when her estranged husband Lamar Odom was found unconscious in a brothel after taking allegedly taking a concoction of drugs. “His kidneys are still not functioning correctly, but he’s nowhere near strong enough to even think of a transplant, so he’s on dialysis”. There’s still a black cloud, like, ‘Okay, what’s next?’ The pneumonia was a huge setback, and now there’s worry about permanent scarring of the lungs. “There are still a lot of tests that need to be done”.

TMZ is reporting that Odom tested positive for cocaine according to lab results that were just turned over to law enforcement today.
It’s true the family dropped everything to be at Odom’s bedside and organized his transfer to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA, where they believed he would receive the best medical care possible. You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been hard to endure.
“Through interviews with the prostitutes who were with him since that point, it was learned that he possibly ingested cocaine in the bathroom”, Detective Michael Eisenloffel said in the police affidavit.
The former National Basketball Association star is also on the Kardashian health insurance policy, and since it is expected that his medical bills are going to cost millions, he needs to remain on their plan as he can not financially handle that on his own. Only time, and perhaps Keeping Up With The Kardashians, will tell.
The E! reality star has been at the hospital for several days to check in on Lamar. His wife, Khloe has been right by his side since he was rushed to a Vegas hospital for overdosing on cocaine and herbal alternatives to Viagra.

Lamar has had a well documented struggle with substance abuse and was a determining factor in the breakdown of his four year marriage.
