“There’s still a black cloud, like, ‘Okay, what’s next, ‘” the insider continued. “His kidneys are still not functioning correctly, but he’s nowhere near strong enough to even think of a transplant, so he’s on dialysis”, the source added.
The couple made a decision to call off their nearly finalized divorce, and according to TMZ, Khloe has threatened Lamar that she’ll be gone forever, if he went back to his old ways.
Lamar Odom has reportedly tested positive for cocaine.
Law enforcement sources said that the Sheriff’s department has sent his blood tests to the district attorney, who has the option of prosecuting Odom for felony drug use.
It’s really unclear what the future holds for Lamar Odom as of right now.

According to a few sources, “Khloe knows better than anyone about Lamar’s battle with drugs”. I give it up to those girls. Instead, they usually receive drug diversion and when they complete the drug education course, the charges are dropped.
