A Thursday article from The Hollywood Reporter quotes an LAPD sergeant who denied his department was investigating the actor for child abuse.
Allegedly, the World War Z star got wasted and went insane, and when the plane landed around 8pm, he continued to rage on the tarmac and even tried to flee the scene in one of the fuel trucks.
Reports also suggest that the Department of Child Services interviewed both Pitt and Jolie separately.
Brad Pitt is under investigation for child abuse after after he allegedly got “verbally abusive” and “physical” with one of his children with Angelina Jolie on the couple’s private plane while their other kids were present.
The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services is investigating the incident on the tarmac, People says.
“We are not investigating Brad Pitt for any sort of child abuse”, Officer Jenny Houser told us. She added she can not comment on whether or not other government agencies are investigating Pitt.
Angelina Jolie, 41, may have just filed for divorce from her husband Brad Pitt, 52, on September 19, but it seems there were a few red flags foreshadowing their jaw-dropping split.
According to the divorce filing, Jolie cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the filing and she’s seeking sole custody of the couple’s six children.
Jolie’s attorney, Robert Offer, released the following statement to CNN at the time: “This decision was made for the health of the family. I kindly ask the press to give them the space they deserve during this challenging time”.
Jolie, 41 and Pitt, 52, married in 2014 after a decade together and have six children.
