Laptop robbery at Northern California Apple building

Sheriff’s deputies are looking for two suspects in San Jose who they say tried to burglarize Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino.

Deputies set a perimeter at Butcher Park on Camden Avenue but authorities believe the suspects are no longer in the perimeter. Officers are going door to door in the area in an attempt to find the remaining two, but so far have been unsuccessful. This is a huge perimeter, Law enforcement is parked all around here in the Cambrian park area.

A reporter on the scene with ABC 7 tweeted out of a photo of a broken door at an Apple building – presumably where the burglars gained access to the building. Sheriff’s deputies responded to the Apple campus and received a description of the suspect vehicle, a black BMW. One of the suspects ran into a Starbucks and was arrested while standing in line, Jensen said.

At the time of this report, we are unaware if the suspects managed to get into the building or if they’ve gotten away with anything.
