According to Entertainment Tonight, the amended complaint claims that Nick returned to Bobbi Kristina’s townhouse, which they shared, on January 31 at 6 a.m. after “being out all-night on a cocaine and drinking binge”.

The two argued for a time, then everything “abruptly became quiet”. It then says that he put her in the bathtub, exited the bathroom in a change of clothes, and walked over to an unidentified female on the bed and said “Now I want a pretty little white girl like you”. He came home and accused Brown of cheating on him during a 30 minute “loud argument”. The go well with then alleges that Gordon got here into the toilet and shouted at others to “clear up, clear up;” resuscitation was tried earlier than authorities arrived. Gordon is also accused of stealing from Bobbi Kristina.

Nick strongly denies the claims saying they are “merit-less” [Wenn].

Gordon’s legal team, Joe Habachy and Jose Baez, called the lawsuit “slanderous and meritless”.

The Fulton County medical examiner found no obvious cause of death or significant injuries in Brown’s initial autopsy.
