Lawyer: Hugh Hefner gives testimony in Bill Cosby sex case
“Because there is a protective order in place, we are not at liberty to discuss any part of Mr. Hefner’s testimony”.

The action alleges Hefner “encouraged, aided and ratified” the assault by inviting her to the party along with Cosby – his long-term friend – whom he knew had a “propensity” for intoxicating young women and sexually taking advantage of them.
A judge rejected his motion for a second time last month, and on Wednesday, Huth’s lawyer, Gloria Allred, headed to the Playboy Mansion to question Hefner under oath, reports TMZ.com.
Several women have said they were victimized by Cosby at the Playboy Mansion, a Gothic Tudor-style estate in the Holmby Hills of west L.A. that has served as a backdrop for some of Hefner’s most lavish, hedonistic parties over the years. The statute of limitations has expired in nearly all of the cases, preventing the alleged victims from pursuing criminal charges, but Huth claims she was just 15 when the comic reportedly touched her vagina and then forced himself upon her at a Playboy Mansion party in California in 1974.
Cosby has denied both women’s allegations and his former lawyers have accused Huth of attempting to extort him before suing.
The New York Daily News reported that Ms Goins, now 26, withdrew that case in February as she prepared to file the new action naming Hefner.
The complaint suggests Hefner allowed Cosby to abuse women while on his property. The case was filed on Monday, when Goins was 25, to avoid missing a statute of limitations deadline, he said.
A model who claims Bill Cosby sexually abused her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008 has filed a new lawsuit against the comedian and Playboy?s founder Hugh Hefner.
