Lawyer slapped judge with flyswatter after the decision was made against his client

A lawyer left everybody stunned in the courtroom when he started slapping the judge with a flyswatter after the decision was made against his client.

According to the report, Evgeniy Tankov, 35, a lawyer from Kazakhstan, had been hired to act for his client in an inheritance case.

But when the decision was made against his client, he couldn’t take it normally, and hence attacked on the judge after saying “Let’s not hang about arguing the law here, let’s decide this with flyswatters”.

After seeing the view, the lawyer of other side, Artem Ibragilov, 39, came immediately into action and punched Tankov to make the judge safe.

A court official later confirmed the lawyer who produced the flyswatter had been barred from practicing and also faces criminal charges of assault that could see him jailed for up to 10 years.
