Learner crashed car, driving instructor got banned
A driving instructor got banned from road because his learner crashed his car into another car.

Report says that the instructor Philip Devereux, 64, was supervising at the time when the accident occurred. Police when investigate this accident, they found that the instructor was drunk while supervising his learner and his learner was clean. Then police took immediate action and banned this instructor from the road for 12 months.

Later the instructor admitted that he was drunk while supervising his learner and also said about the law which says not to drive after drinking too much (beyond the legal limit). Authority then clears everything by saying that anyone who is instructing some learner while driving was fully responsible for any type of accident and police can put a charge against the instructor. Authority again reminded the legal limit of drink which is about 35mgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood.
