It said nine IS fighters had also been killed in the strikes on the four villages.
The coalition has reportedly stepped up its raids in the province since Syrian Kurdish fighters launched this week an operation against IS militants in the southern part of the province.
And it said 15 civilians were killed on Tuesday in in strikes on the town of Al-Shadadi.
Israel said it had no comment on reports in foreign media that it hit Syrian military outposts outside Damascus, Army Radio said Thursday morning.
At least 15 civilians were killed on Tuesday when warplanes with the US-led anti-terror coalition struck areas under the Islamic State (IS) control in Syria’s northeastern province of al-Hasakah, a monitor group reported.
The SDF announced on its Facebook page on Thursday (Friday NZT) it was launching another offensive, this time to capture al-Shadadi, a logistics hub for the Islamic State group, which is located on a network of highways.
In January, it admitted two “likely” civilian deaths previous year near the IS stronghold of Raqa, bringing to 16 the total number of civilians the coalition has acknowledged killing in both Syria and neighbouring Iraq.
