Legion’s official companion app is up on the Play Store

Blizzard Entertainment today announced that World of Warcraft: Legion, the sixth expansion for World of Warcraft, sold more than 3.3 million copies on its launch day, August 30th. Now the company has gone ahead and released a new companion app for the game.

The app will let users track their world quests, see which missions are available in their Class Order Halls, and also check on your Order Hall progress.

More than that, players at level 110 will start playing timed missions in the “Broken Isles” area in order to gather some resources, get the chance to improve their artifact weapons via research, and gain access to a new area in the game. The Follower section allows you to look through the champions recruited by you and manage their equipment as well. Naturally, the WoW Legion Companion app is free, and you can pick it up from the Play Store at this very moment if you want a new way to stay engaged with the game and enhance your play experience. You can even complete missions and claim rewards right from the app, and they’ll be waiting for you in your character’s inventory next time you log in.

The initial quests spanning the four new zones introduced in the expansion serves as an introduction to the characters and faction involved in World of Warcraft: Legion.
