Lenovo announces the launch of a new smartphone at MWC 2016

“Only a couple of days before Mobile World Congress, Lenovo has teased another cell phone by means of its online networking stages with an inscription, “#KnockOut Coming Soon MWC 2016.” moreover, the Lenovo India Twitter handle peruses, “A flawless new gadget has been built without any preparation to convey the #Knockout punch”.

Lenovo India has teased the upcoming Lemon 3 reveal, which will happen at MWC 2016, but has not offered details on the day the announcement will go live. Lemon 3 had a poly-carbonate body. Lenovo launched the K3 Lemon as the A6000 in the global market.

The teaser image shows an extremely thin device which seems to be covered by a layer of liquid metal.

The Lemon 3 comes with a 5-inch FullHD IPS display with a 1080×1920 pixels resolution.

Lenovo A6000 specifications and features: It sports a 5-inch HD (720p) display, and is powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz and paired with 1GB of RAM. The phone is expected to support Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, GPS and USB 2.0 connectivity. The cell phone has an interior stockpiling of 8GB, expandable up to 32GB.

Lemon 3 Plus will feature a 12 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera. It will operate on slightly outdated android 5.1 Lollipop Operating system which may sound little disappointing. Lenovo is now prime and ready to release the newest addition to its smartphone line up, the A6000 second generation.

Earlier last month, Lenovo announced a new phone that’s part of their Lemon lineup in the form of the Lenovo Lemon 3.

The handset features 16GB of storage inside, but users can expand storage up to 128GB via microSD card slot. Customers will have to wait for some more time before the Chinese handset maker officially launches the device at the 2016 MWC.
