Lenovo Launches most affordable 4G smartphone A2010 at Rs4990

Just after the announcement that Lenovo will also be a part of the “Make in India” rat race, the company has announced its all new affordable 4G smartphone, the A2010. ZTE’s Blade Qlux 4G and Phicomm’s Energy 653 are the other cheapest 4G smartphones available in India, priced the same at Rs 4,990.

Lenovo A2010 will exclusively be available only in two colours – Pearl White and Onyx Black on Flipkart on September 3, 2015. The device features a 4.5-inch screen with 480x854p resolution and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) operating system.

Lenovo A2010 sports a 5MP fixed focus rear camera with LED flash and 2MP fixed focus front camera.

Finally, a 2,000mAh battery completes the package, promising up to 8.5 hours of talk time on 3G and 4G networks.

The phone comes with a Dual SIM 4G set up and also includes WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0. “Lenovo A2010 is a step in this direction”, Sudhin Mathur, director – smartphones, Lenovo India, said. It is powered by a 1GHz MediaTek MT6735 quad-core 64-bit processor with Mali T720 GPU coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory, which can be extended up to 32GB via a microSD card. We are happy to launch Lenovo A2010 – one of the most affordable 4G smartphone in the Indian market today.

As mentioned earlier, the A2010 is the cheapest 4G LTE smartphone in India right now. Meanwhile the registration window for the first flash has already started from today. “We are positive that this new-age smartphone will cater to every customer’s requirement”.
