Lenovo Vibe K5 Launching in India Tomorrow

The Lenovo Vibe K5 is officially launched in India, and it comes as a successor to the Lenovo A6000 smartphone, with some much-needed upgrades. As far as the availability of the device is concerned, the company has announced that the smartphone will be an Amazon exclusive, at least for now.

The smartphone’s features are pretty similar to the Vibe K5 Plus which has a 1080p display and Snapdragon 616 processor.

Moving on to the salient features of this device, it comes along with a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels. The phone packs in 16GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 SoC, paired with 2GB RAM and an Adreno 405 GPU. A 2750mAh battery completes the package.

The camera package is same as well, 13-megapixel sensor on the rear side while the 5-megapixel sensor on the front.

The Vibe k5 sports a 13-megapixel primary rear camera with an LED flashlight and a 5-megapixel secondary front camera on board for selfie and Video calling. coming to the connectivity options the handset offers Dual-SIM, 4G LTE, 2G/3G, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), WiFi hotspot, Global Positioning System and a micro USB port. Unlike its competitor in the lower price segment, the metal construction makes the smartphone sturdier than you’d expect for the price. It will be available in enticing colors like Platinum Silver, Champagne gold and Graphite Gray.
