Leonard Nimoy’s son to appear on ‘Big Bang Theory’

The legendary actor never appeared in person on the “Big Bang Theory”, but he did once provide the voice for a Spock action figure in one of Dr. Sheldon Cooper’s dream sequences on the fifth season episode “The Transporter Malfunction”.

Remember that joint experiment that Leonard and Sheldon were working on about a superfluid vortex? The Helium Deficiency was a welcome change, says the review. Sheldon objects out of ethical principles but Leonard suggests they’d be using grant money that’s supposed to go towards these resources. They said that they had been to all of the Party Cities around the area, already.

Leonard and Sheldon talked about meeting with Howard’s “friend”, and buying liquid helium through him. He also found out where Keith lived and worked.

Leonard finally has to step in and explain that it’s for an experiment they have been trying to prove for a long time but a Swedish team is trying to beat them to it. Taking pity the supplier sells them the stuff.

Sheldon and Leonard arrived at their lab with the helium tank. When Sheldon spots a partially torn off “property of…” tag, he fears it could have been stolen from a US government facility. Leonard told him not to jump to conclusions. In addition to that, he charges them a restocking fee. Keith said that was exactly how much it would cost them.

They decide to add Amy to help her move on from Sheldon. Viewers are also excited to know if she will get back with Sheldon, especially now that she is currently dating other guys that she met from an online dating app. They learn that she went on a date with a man named Dave. However, when Kripke tried to blackmail them by saying they could use his helium if they included his name on their research paper, that swayed them back to the “Dark Side”, so to speak.
