According to Google’s blog post for the Android Wear 2.0, traditional watches tell the time, while Android wear watches makes the most of your time.
Both smartwatches are powered by Android Wear 2.0 and this brings with it the Google Assistant, making it easier to get things done, hands-free.
The LG Watch Style will be available for purchase from Best Buy in addition to the Google Store, while the Watch Sport can be grabbed from AT&T and Verizon Wireless as well.
So, which one are you picking up? Custom watch faces will be available for the Wear24 that change the information on the timepiece depending on the location of the wearer.
Android Wear 2.0 also bring in Google Assistant, the same powerful voice-activated digital assistant that’s on the Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones. When you receive a message, you can expand the notification and tap to respond by dictating, typing or handwriting your answer, or drawing an emoji. It also has LTE connectivity and NFC, which means it supports Android Pay.
Both devices come with a rotating side button for quick navigation, which users can turn to read messages or scroll through menus.
Eliminating the need to carry a phone to download apps, Android Wear 2.0 will help you to download apps on your smartwatch but not all; many Android Wear 2.0 apps still need Android phone app support.

Smartwatches running Android Wear 2.0 are now also compatible with iPhones running iOS 9 or later. The function of these buttons can be customised, but by default the top-right button takes you to the Fit Workout app while the bottom-right button takes you to Android Pay by default. Apparently, the Android Pay app won’t allow you to add your card data due to security reasons.
