If the rumored over the internet are to be believed, the LG G5 is said to include a slightly smaller 5.3-inch Quad HD display combined with a smaller ticker display.
The G5 is said to sport a 16-megapixel rear camera with 135-degree wide-angle view.
Shedding more light on the camera, the report added, “In between the two lenses is a circle with a quartet of elements in a square configuration, according to the briefed individual, who was also shown images of the upcoming flagship”. First up, the secondary display from the LG V10 will be making its way to other phones in LG’s lineup, including the G5.
The source continued to say that the smartphone’s camera is going to be accompanied by a dual LED flash and a laser autofocus feature. It has not been confirmed yet if the flagship will be supporting expandable storage via a microSD slot, but it is highly expected that it will be coming with the feature seeing as that the built-in storage capacity will be inadequate without it. The fourth element is also found on G4: “a so-called RGB sensor to further assist with autofocus and other scene-recognition functions”.
With the success LG had with the LG G4, they will definitely be working hard to make sure the LG G5 achieve the same success when it arrives in 2016. “It is said to enable some functional expansion by way of hardware modules”.

The G5’s SoC will be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820, while memory and internal storage remains at 3GB and 32GB respectively. Interestingly the main display that was previously rumored as 5.6-inches is now tipped as 5.3-inches. Featuring an 8MP front camera, the device will pack in a 2,800mAh battery, and also come with a fingerprint sensor on the back. What are you hoping that the company will bring to the table for LG G5 specs?
