The new rumor reveals that there is a departure from the older design of the LG G series.

There have been several rumors about the coming smartphone from LG called the G5 in the past. The new rumor also confirms that the LG G5 will have a thinner, taller and a wider body than the current G-series flagship.

The device will also come with high end cameras on the front and back, the front camera is said to features 8 megapixels and will be designed for Selfies, the rear camera with feature a 1/2 inch sensor and will come with a 20 megapixel camera, it is expected to be capable of recording 4K video.

Similar to other flagships, LG has apparently housed a built-in fingerprint scanner on the phone.

The LG G4 (pictured above alongside the Beat) was one of the company’s more complete smartphones for quite some time, boasting a classic aesthetic, quick hardware and even better camera, but what of the LG G5? An unnamed new LG device has emerged in an HTTP user agent profile, and it looks very likely that this is the LG G5. The battery omission appears to be something LG is going to highlight when it launches the LG G5 on the same day as Samsung’s event. If this event is for the unveiling of the LG G5 as anticipated, we will finally have the confirmed specs, expected release date, and hopefully the price for this device. There is more to come on the LG G5 phone before it gets launched. However, the diagram suggests a new design for LG and its flagship handsets.
