LG K7 and K10 Are Official Now: Everything You Need To Know

The new K series is all about the design, and LG highlights the “glossy pebble” design, which it says is a contemporary and stylish design aimed at a younger audience. In terms of cameras the LG K7 sports an 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front facing Selfie Snapper.

On the other hand, the slightly bigger variant LG K10 comes with 5.3-inch HD In-Cell display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels.

LG joins a number of foriegn companies in the government’s Make in India program which has attracted players like Xiaomi, Gionee and Huawei, among others. Priced at Rs 13,500 the K10 aims at being a mid range offering that borrows from the premium phones whilst the K7 priced at Rs 9,500 is set to appease the budget buyers. LG K7 comes with a 2.5D Arc Glass design and features like Gesture Shot, Tap and Shot and also Gesture Interval Shot function. Dubbed as K7 and K10, both these Smartphones were initially showcased on the CES 2016 event in Las Vegas earlier this year. The phone weighs 141g and measures 143.6mm x 72.5mm x 8.9mm. Android 5.1 Lollipop comes pre-installed here with LG’s custom UI available on top of it.

Coming to LG K10, which is available in White, Indigo and Gold color, the handset features a 5.3-inch In-Cell touch display, Snapdragon 1.2Ghz Quad Core processor, Adreno 304 graphics, 2GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage (expandable up to 32GB) loaded with Android 5.1 Lollipop. Also on offer is 16GB internal storage that can be further expanded using a microSD card. It measures 144.7×73.6×8.7 mm.
