LG X Screen to be available from Snapdeal at Rs.12990

It has 520×80 pixels resolution, and comes with Always On mode. The smartphone will be available exclusively via Snapdeal from Wednesday. The main highlight of the smartphone is its dual-display – 4.3-inch In-cell touch display and a 1.76-inch secondary display. The smartphone is launched in India for Rs. 12,990.

Announced originally at this year’s Mobile World Congress, LG has finally launched the X Screen handset in India at a relatively impressive price tag of Rs 12,990. It was first showcased in March wherein multiple features of the product were revealed.

More so, the second screen keeps the recent used user applications for easy access along with facility to receive calls without interruptions on the main screen and so does music play with all controls on top screen, for extreme convenience to users. The second display, which measures 1.76 inches diagonally and is placed about the primary display, has a resolution 520×80 pixel. A user can just tap the secondary display and it will show this information, without the need to unlock the phone each time. It runs on Qualcomm’s age old Snapdragon 410 Quad-Core processor clocked at 1.2Ghz, Adreno 306 GPU for graphics, 2GB of RAM, 2300mAh mediocre battery and 16GB internal storage which can be expandable up to 2TB via a MicroSD card. Rear Camera is 13-megapixel and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.

The Dual-SIM smartphone has the latest OS of Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The device is kept powered by a 2,300mAh battery which is slightly smaller than that of 2,520mAh battery on X Cam. Connectivity options include 4G, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and NFC. The X screen will be available in Black, White, and Pink Gold colours.
