LG X series announced: X cam and X screen offer specialist skills
The LG X cam’s focus is on providing a great photo-shooting experience by sporting two rear-facing cameras (13-megapixel and 5-megapixel) and a front-facing camera (8-megapixel). Called the LG X cam and LG X screen, both these device will come with some of the premium features that they will be offering on their premium smartphone without the huge price tag.

The X Screen will come with the “second-screen” feature, which was also adopted by the V10 smartphone introduced a year ago. They will be launched at the MWC 2016 which is just a week away and will be available in the selected markets in Asia, Latin America, and Europe starting from March.
South Korea’s second-largest handset maker released its budget brand K series at the Consumer Electronics Show earlier this year. The X cam and X screen are described as mid-range smartphones that pack certain flagship-level features.
The K8 sports a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution and features 2.5D glass coating.
Underneath the hood, it is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core chip accompanied by 2GB of RAM. The smartphone has already been listed on LG Hungary’s website, so we can safely assume the smartphone will be unveiled very soon. This can be used to display notifications, the date and time, and to quickly navigate to frequently used apps.
Inside, there’s an octa-core 1.14Ghz processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage and a 2,520mAh battery, all powering a device running Android 6.0 Marshmallow, meaning this is firmly in the mid-tier of smartphones. Even though it might not be the best deal on the market so far, you will be glad to know that it offers 4G LTE connectivity, something that is not common with this category of phones. It is slightly heavier than the X Cam at 120 grams, according to LG Electronics.

As far as the cameras go, the LG X Screen packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and an 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
