One Direction have denied claims their hiatus is to become a permanent break, with a representative for the band insisting the rumours are “not true”. Juicy J shared a photo of the session on Instagram, captioning it only by tagging Payne and TM 88, and including several fire emojis next to their handles.
Styles expressed his reaction to Malik’s statement and revealed that he was really taken aback and never thought that his former band mate would say something so cruel and untrue.
Regardless, hardcore One Direction fans are still supporting their favorite group by buying numerous “Made in the AM” albums to help the group’s sales.
However, Liam did add the prospect was unlikely, adding: “Zayn’s just doing his own thing”.

“I did try to reach out to a couple of people and they didn’t get back to me, but then publicly, when they were asked questions about it, said that they’d spoken to me and that we were friends”.

According to recent reports, Malik sat down for an interview and revealed to the public that the band has been lying about their friendship with him and that he actually didn’t desert the band.
