The Lohan family is dealing with legal troubles once again.

Police arrested Michael Lohan – Lindsay Lohan’s younger brother – for allegedly using a fake parking placard on his fancy Audi in Manhattan, according to State Police.
Police noticed Lohan’s 2015 Audi was parked in a metered zone outside of his Manhattan apartment building, but when asked, Lohan could not produce proof that he was employed by the Executive Branch.
Law enforcement officials said that the placard was forged.
However, it turned out be fake as he could no prove that he was an employee of Executive Branch, reported Aceshowbiz.
An official placard would exempt the holder from having to pay for parking.
The 27-year-old was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, as well as a second-degree charge of criminal impersonation. He is scheduled to return to court on December 14.
Lindsay, 29, grew up in Merrick and has gone through troubled years that included jail time, addiction issues and rehab.
