Lindsey Graham Drops Out Of Republican Presidential Bid
“Since launching my campaign for president on June 1, I have offered a path to saving the American dream and working together on bold solutions to solve big problems”, Graham said in the video. “I believe we’ve run a campaign you can be proud of”, he said to those “who have taken this journey with me”.

When asked if he’d appear on his home state’s ballot, Mr. Graham responded: “I will see you in New Hampshire”, referring to the first primary in the nation, which falls a week and a half before SC.
Graham made the announcement official through an email to his supporters and in a YouTube video.
He was at 0.5 percent in the Real Clear Politics average of national polls, and was relegated to the so-called kids’ table at the Republican presidential debates in which he had enough support to qualify.
“I got into this race to put forward a plan to win a war we can not afford to lose and to turn back the tide of isolationism that was rising in our party”, Graham said, referring to the non-interventionist positions of Kentucky Sen. “All I can say is that we need to fix immigration”.
“I’m not surprised because he was pretty low in the polls but I think he was a good candidate”, said Myra Almistead, a Central democrat.
“The centrepiece of my campaign has been securing our nation”, he said.

Graham’s poor poll numbers disqualified him from taking part in the previous five major Republican presidential debates.
Graham told CNN his effort was severely damaged by his inability to gain access to the main stages in any of the GOP debates. Ted Cruz. “I don’t think much of Lindsey Graham”.
“If we do not, our party’s appeal will continue to shrink to its core constituencies only”, the report read. He was urged to run by Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman John McCain, who was the GOP presidential nominee in 2008.

“You’re doing really well”, he said in a message to the New Yorker.
