Lindsey Graham endorses Jeb Bush
Lindsey Graham, who until recently was a presidential candidate himself, plans to endorse Republican Jeb Bush in the 2016 race on Friday, Fox News has learned.

Bush and Graham will hold a press conference to formally announce the endorsement at 9:45am ET in North Charleston, SC.
The victor of the South Carolina Republican primary has gone on to win the party’s nomination in every election but one since 1980-2012, when former House Speaker Newt Gingrich won the state before former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney clinched the standard-bearer title. But it will allow Bush to continue making the case that he’s an experienced, steady alternative to GOP front-runner Donald Trump and Sen.

“Lindsey Graham is probably the most knowledgable person on the Hill as it comes to foreign policy…” As of Friday morning, Bush was in fifth place among Republican candidates, polling at about 5.4 percent.

“His endorsement is very meaningful and along with it come a lot of friends and supporters of his”, Bush said in an appearance on FOX News, which first broke the story of the nod.
