One of the strangest weapons, however, is that you can apparently use the limbs of enemies as weapons.
Nintendo continue to release snippets of gameplay for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, showing off tantalizing snippets of what the eagerly anticipated upcoming action adventure game will look like. Unlike at E3, Breath of the Wild was not playable at Gamescom, but a new video was presented focusing on the cooking mechanic in the game. As the weeks have gone by, Nintendo has released various game clips, each dedicated to a different aspect of the game.
Game producer Eiji Aonuma told Edge Magazine in July, as reported by Segment Next, that the inspiration of “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind” comes from the 2014’s E3 footage.
Meanwhile, publisher Dark Horse has just announced that it has forged a partnership with Nintendo for the release of the hardback book entitled “The Legend of Zelda: Arts and Artifacts” on February 21, 2017.
The book is actually in celebration of the series’ 30th anniversary and it shall feature a lot of artwork and interviews with those behind the development of the games, Nintendo Life. Nearly all the feedback about the game has been absolutely positive, making Breath of the Wild look like a real game-changer.
First it was delayed to 2016 because the developers felt that with the time that they had, they wouldn’t be able to deliver the game the fans deserved.
Despite Breath of the Wild’s delay to 2017, it appears that Nintendo isn’t holding back in trying to make the best Zelda game possible.
