The Ravens tweeted a video of his rendition of “Ave Maria” with the Concert Artists of Baltimore.

The Baltimore kicker, asked to perform at a Catholic Charities Christmas Festival event Thursday in his role as amateur opera singer, doesn’t seem to be much of an amateur.
Tucker, who started singing opera as a student at Tulane, said he found it scarier to sing in front of Thursday’s crowd than kicking field goals in front of thousands of fans. Sing the anthem at every game.
The Ravens kicker received a standing ovation at the end of his performance in front of the packed Basilica of the National Shrine of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Tucker’s head coach said that he thought that Tucker’s ability to sing so well must be a gift from God, because it came from deep inside him. As it turns out, Tucker can do more than play football – he can sing.

Tucker says it was a fun experience and a blessing to be with so many talented musicians.
